Piñata cakes have become a firm favourite in our household, and i am happy to fill your cake with any sweets for a fun surprise for the birthday boy or girl when they cut into it. Or how about hiding a surprise toy in the centre?

Finishes

Your cake can be finished in any frosting of your choosing depending on the style and flavour you prefer. You will find in my gallery examples of Buttercream, Fondant and mirror glaze.
